Class Overview

A Place to Grow Preschool provides a fun & educational program for children ages 2 to 5.

Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Full-time and part-time hours are also available.

Our daily program consists of children participating in the following hands-on activities:

  • Learning the alphabet
  • Arts and crafts
  • Basic math skills – telling time and counting to 100
  • Number and language activities
  • Gymsters class
  • Monthly safety drill

Preschool Daily Schedule

  • 6:30 a.m.– 8:00 a.m. Open Activities
  • 8:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m. Story Telling Time
  • 9:00 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Morning Snack Time
  • 11:00 a.m.–11:45 a.m. Playground Time
  • 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. Nap Time
  • 3:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Classroom Time (Separated by Age)
  • 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Playground Time
  • 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. End of the Day Activities

Pre-Kindergarten Daily Schedule

  • 6:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Open Activities
  • 8:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m. Movement Time (Morning Exercises)
  • 9:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m. Classroom for Four and Five Year Olds
  • 11:00-12:00 Playground Time
  • 12:00 p.m.–12:30 p.m. Lunch Time
  • 1:00- 3:00 Free Activities
  • 3:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m. Afternoon Snack Time
  • 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Playground Time
  • 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. End of the Day Activities
